    This isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress. With the support of a like-minded group, you’ll stay accountable and inspired to keep moving forward.

  • Group Support & Accountability:
    Join a judgment-free community of like-minded women who uplift and motivate each other throughout their wellness journeys.

    The Core Four:
    Build essential habits with:

    • Daily movement (at least 25 minutes)

    • A colorful plate (aim for five servings of fruits and veggies daily)

    • Nourishing meals with protein

    • Mindfulness practices

    Nutrition Insights:
    Access practical nutrition information and personalized guidance without restrictive diets.

    Evidence-Based Resources:
    Benefit from scientifically-backed insights to help you make informed decisions.

    Recipes, Tools, & Tips:

    • Need a supportive community to stay motivated and accountable.

    • Are ready to commit to long-term lifestyle changes (no quick fixes here!).

  • Joining the Lighten Up Club is a commitment to your health and well-being. Here’s what you need to know:

    • Enrollment Fee: $25 (one-time fee)

    • Monthly Membership: $25 per month

    Accountability matters! Your presence is essential for the group’s success, so reasonably consistent attendance is expected.

    This investment in yourself ensures ongoing support, resources, and community connection as you work toward your wellness goals.

  • Choose the time that works best for you:

    • 1st & 3rd Tuesdays at 5:15 PM

      OR

    • 1st & 3rd Saturdays at 9 AM

    Meetings will take place in person in Gurnee (near Great Wolf Lodge).

    Groups will begin once we have enough participants to create a supportive environment.

  • The Lighten Up Club is led by Dr. Kirsten Kessler, a Naturopathic Doctor, Certified Nutrition Specialist, and Truce with Food Coach.

    Kirsten designed this group to create the kind of accountability she needs to stay on track with her own goals.

    As an active participant, she’ll be working alongside you, offering support, sharing insights, and helping everyone stay motivated on the journey toward long-term wellness.
